Prices on about 70 condos, apartments and other Eastside properties dropped during the past week. Here are some examples, followed by a breakdown by neighborhood:
- Lincoln Heights: $135,000 in reductions since October for a 2-bedroom fixer on 1 1/2 lots – a total of 16,668 square feet of land. $615,000.
- Echo Park: $109,000 cut on a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom bungalow with a small pool. Three blocks from the lake. $990,000.
- Mt. Washington: Price drops $50,000 for a 2-bedroom traditional adobe on the border with Eagle Rock, near Eagle Rock and York boulevards. $680,000.
