Boyle Heights — Armed men held up a 24-hour Jack in the Box in the 1300 block of S. Soto Street near Olympic Boulevard on Monday night.
LAPD Sgt. Ernesto De Alba said two suspects entered the fast food restaurant around 11 p.m. and demanded employees turn over cash.
At least one of the men had a handgun. Police wouldn’t say if there were customers in the fast food restaurant but confirmed there were several witnesses.
Employees turned over cash before the men dashed out.
