Bus shelter on Tuesday after crash

Echo Park  —  That was fast.

Late Tuesday afternoon armed-robbery suspects being chased by police smashed into  the DASH bus shelter on Echo Park Avenue south of Sunset Boulevard (There were no reports of pedestrians injuries).

But today, less than 24 hours after the crash, the bus shelter had been repaired and artwork replaced.

Now if we can only get potholes filled that fast.
