This weekend, indulge in the best vegan eats the Eastside has to offer. Lay down a good base layer of food before drinks with one of Veggie Fam’s fried chick’n sandwiches at their Highland Park pop-up and finish off the weekend with mimosas and a vegan brunch at Just What I Kneaded’s future brick and mortar bakery. The calories don’t count if it’s vegan, right?
