Monday, December 24

“It’s a Wonderful Life”:   Start your morning by seeing a special Christmas Eve screening of Frank Capra’s classic “It’s a Wonderful Life” at the Vista Theater in Los Feliz. Tickets start from $11 to $63. The event will be on Dec. 24 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Details

Christmas Eve Mass: This special service at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Boyle Heights begins at 8:30 pm. Details

Tuesday, December 25

Midnight Mass in Atwater Village: Holy Trinity Catholic Church will start a series of Christmas Day services with a midnight mass. Details

Midnight Mass in Highland Park: St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Church will hold a midnight mass in addition to several other services on Christmas Day. Details

Dinner and Toy Giveaway:  Los Globos nightclub will host a Christmas Day meal, caroling and a toy giveaway for families and individuals in need from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Details

Jingle Kvell Tots: A Holiday Pajama Party: The Silverlake Independent Jewish Community Center and the PJ Library welcome Jewish, interfaith and secular families to a holiday pajama party. Expect an indoor playground, bagels, shmear, juice and coffee. Tickets are from $10-$20. The event starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 1 p.m.  Details
