The 25-year-old victim was near Glendale Boulevard and Allesandro Street when he was shot shortly after 3 pm, according to LAPD spokesman Mike Lopez.

The suspects were apprehended after a brief pursuit about 20 minutes later near Echo Park and Park avenues, according to police.
