Morning Report: Developer updates Silver Lake project; Latino theater group moves out of old Lincoln Heights jail

News & Notes:

  • A developer has updated the design of three large buildings that will include more than 300 apartments in the Sunset Junction area of Silver Lake, reports Curbed L.A.
  • The Bilingual Foundation of The Arts has moved out of the former Lincoln Heights jail because the fire department has determined that the building is unsafe, according to EGP News.  The Latino theater group said that it has not secured a new, permanent home but will be using other venues to stage its productions.
